Welcome to my new blog...and a fun contest!

Here we go with this new blog just for home buyers in the "Chambana" area. If you are new to the area- your'e going to love it here. From sites like the sunset in the header above- taken in downtown Champaign 2 or 3 years ago, to the vibrant entertainment scene- we even have a local micro brewery straight out of the old world...



















You will find current and helpful info here over the weeks to come- and you can participte in our cool little contest to try and guess where interesting spots are in Champaign Urbana. Years ago the DI (Newspaper in the U of I campus) had a contest like this featuring spots around campus. The way it works is that every week a photo gives you a hint about what it is- you just have to figure out where it is.
Our contest will cover the CU area and your prize will be a free coffee from one of our great coffee houses in the area.
